Want to know which are the best forums for bloggers and marketers? – Read on.
We all know that with the Internet, we now have unprecedented access to information. Want to know the life cycle of a dung beetle? Need to know the population of Kansas? Or how many goals were scored in the last soccer world cup? Yep – just Google it. With a little digging, you can find out just about anything. Problem with Google though, is that there isn’t any discussion. Sometimes it’s just great to interact with others like-minded individuals, to share ideas and to learn from others who have solved a problem you have.
Now, possibly the first thing that came to mind when I mentioned forums is Facebook, specifically Facebook Groups. I’m going to cover the best FB groups in another post, but for this post I want to focus on forums. These are a fantastic source of information and with strong communities ready to share their knowledge and experiences.
Here are my top 3 forums for bloggers and marketers.
1. Warrior Forum
When I was starting out in digital marketing, Warrior Forum was my go-to source for help. It’s been around since the dinosaurs roamed the planet, and it is still going strong. With over 100,000 discussions and a healthy affiliate opportunity database, Warrior Forum is definitely worth checking out.
2. Digital Point
Another heavy-weight in the forums space is Digital Point. With stacks of forums on a wide range of topics, Digital point is. a great place to gather knowledge, find or sell services, and for peer-to-peer networking.
It has over 30 forums or sub-forums in Business and Marketing category alone! And you can add to that categories for Buy, Sell or Trade, Design, Development, Search Engines and General chat.
3. The Moz Q&A
Third in my list is the Q&A Forum over at Moz.com. This is a great place to browse, read and learn among a community of marketers of varying skills. It’s well worth a weekly visit, but one big drawback is that if you want to raise a question of your own or to answer a question, you will need to be a Moz pro member. This will set you back at least $99 a month depending on which plan you choose. Mom Pro does also include access to their brilliant toolset though!
So there you have it, 3 awesome forums for bloggers and marketers. If I was pushed to choose one of them I would go with Warrior Forum, but take a look at all three. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!
